I have been qualified as a Solicitor, since March 1984 and currently Principal of Saul Marine and Co Solicitors. Over 29 years as a practising Solicitor, I have acquired a vast experience of property litigation, landlord and tenant litigation, housing litigation, insurance disputes, commercial and personal cohabitees disputes and I have also advocated my clients cases in the High Court and County Courts. I have represented parties at mediation and have had the personal experience of being a party at mediation as well. This has enabled me to have good knowledge of the mediation process.I bring my experience as a Solicitor to the mediation table as well as my intelligence and legal knowledge to analyse the dispute before me as well as my good listening skills, patience and ability to control the emotions of the participants, all of which contributes to reach the desired solution. My thoroughness as a lawyer enables me to get down to the bottom of the issues in a mediation, which will contribute to an early resolution. I have experience of dealing with foreign clients, as well as UK clients as I myself have a varied background having lived in various countries apart from the UK and speak more than one language.
